Aria Twist Top by Greenstyle Pattern

I'm excited to share one of my many projects for the #Whole30FabricChallenge—a beautiful Aria Twist Top from Greenstyle Pattern! As you can see from the photos, the top was made and worn during summer, but I just got around to writing up a review.

I opted for the crop length version of the Aria Twist Top but decided to extend it by two inches. This modification made the top more versatile for my wardrobe needs. The pattern instructions were clear and easy to follow. For this project, I chose a double brush jersey knit from Joann. This fabric is incredibly soft and has great stretch and recovery, making it an ideal choice for this top. The twist detail on this design is the real star of the show. It adds a unique and flattering touch that elevates a simple knit top to something special. The double brush jersey knit was a joy to work with, and the end result is a top that feels as good as it looks.

I'm slowly inching to that 30 yard line in this challenge and I'm enjoying the experience. I'm thrilled with how my Aria Twist Top turned out and will making more for my workouts next spring. I even wore it for a quick trip to Dallas for a friend's reunion and felt both comfortable and stylish throughout our outing.

Until next time, happy sewing!
